Before deployment, every fresh recruit undergoes a multi-stage rigorous training program that meets industry-specific security norms. Our hiring process as well as training curriculum adheres to the guidelines prescribed under PSARA. We produce a dedicated workforce by conducting induction training, refresher training sessions, site-specific training, dedicated training for supervisors/officers and daily briefing. Training modules are followed by evaluation process & performance review.
